Alshe is a trainer who hails from the Jhoto region. She spent much of her career as a plant and pokemon surveyor for the parks and forests of the different regions, documenting the health of the ecosystem and pokemon in detailed reports. As she only carried pokemon with her for protection while surveying, she is relatively inexperienced at battling despite being very knowledgeable on the subject, and oftentimes her commands go ignored by her headstrong team. In her free time she enjoys reading and going on walks with her team on her small wooded property.

Ruby is a beauty pageant retiree and a true queen. When the dragon craze became the fashion trend in the contest world, she won numerous awards for her bold, bright coloring and eye catching moves ( She was also specifically bred to have tiny wings in order to show off her scales and form). Once more flashy pokemon became popular, she faded out of the spotlight and was kept in a dusty old pokeball forgotten and in isolation. Eventually she was sold to the black market where trainer thugs attempted to turn her into a ferocious monster. Her size and rough skin were her only protection from the much more fierce dragon types she was pitted against, and as she was bred for pagents she lacked the fighting spirit and skill needed to survive against the more experienced pokemon. Frustrated, her captors released her into the wild where she was taken in by a rescue sanctuary that Alshe volunteered at in her free time. Seeing such a proud and powerful dragon in a weak, faltering state, Alshe decided to 'adopt' Ruby, not really knowing what she was getting into. As she was nursed back to health, her spirit returned, and now spends her time bossing her teammates around and ignoring her trainers commands in her proud but endearing manner.

Sable was Alshe's first pokemon and was her primary escort when she was out in the tall grass for work. Abused by schoolkids because of her undeserved reputation for bringing bad luck, Sable was given to Alshe in elementary school by a teacher who thought they would work well together. Sable loves to get the mail in the mornings, but unlike most absols, her canines are very large and occasionally pierce the morning paper. She's generally very shy but friendly to those she is comfortable around and a complete cuddlebug who loves tummyrubs. One of her favorite treats is a cup of coffee in the morning which she is served at the table after fetching the morning news. In battle she relys on her agility and nimble movements to dodge opponents attacks while she whittles down their hp.

Alshe rescued Cinnamon from a daycare that used her for excessive breeding purposes, due to the stress her body endured laying so many eggs, her coat changes forms very slowly, and her transformation phases are often incomplete. She's a very gentle pokemon and occasionally allows other people and pokemon to hop on her back for rides. She loves being brushed, having her ears scratched and laying on the couch after dinner. Cinnamon is even more nosy than Ruby and always likes to know what's happening around her, like her other teammates, she rarely stays in her pokeball.
