hee hee, one of my favorites - stantler <3
Um his antlers, instead of having an orb or a growth (which in hindsight might have worked well...) I just have it as regular antlers, and the "orb" part is just a dark colored spot used to scare away predators because it looks like another eye.
I guess the closest thing he does to hypnosis is his regal rack which other pokemon stare at and become mesmerized because he is just so kingly C:
