The Goose Slayer by Leashe The Goose Slayer by Leashe
This is a painting of an event that happened when my twin and I were children. While at the park, a flock of geese descended on me and she saved me by beating them off with a tree branch. This is a true story and an only slightly exaggerated illustration of it.

Yikes! That's a really cool representation of a childhood event. Geese are so scary! Yuck...

Holy wow, I wish my life were illustrated by you! You've sure got a lucky sister that she gets to be immortalized like that! Is this the same sister whose children and pets you drew as fairies?

The one in the front's your sister, is it? Really love the bold armour/dress, and it's really cool how you made it look kind of like a bird. Cool crystal staff as well. I've got to say, that's one terrifying goose. And I thought the geese who stormed ominously after me at the park hoping to extort birdseed were scary! I like its design, especially the smoke plume.

This looks like a pretty neat fantasy book cover on its own. The fact that this is based off a real life experience of yours makes it a thousand times cooler.

This is so neat. I love that is is a true, albeit exaggerated story. My own twin and I have some similar experiences (I am the spider slayer) so I can totally understand why you would want to illustrate it like this
