My Belle

I spent most of the day looking at some amazing galleries here on DA, and was really inspired to paint a portrait.

You can see where I started off in painter



and then finished up in photoshop after much frustration. I based the girl off of my twin sister _{who I look nothing like cryforever} but did not use reference , so I know when I wake up and it is no longer almost 4 am, I'll probably be horrified at a bunch of wonky features, as well as wonder if this is the same person I based it off of.

For those of you saying she has a large forehead, it is intentional, I may be wrong but I always thought hers was kind of large- here's a photo and you can tell me if I'm wrong. [link]

But for now I'm pretty pleased, I tried to keep my hand loose and rough for the most part, and it was really good practice. looking forward to doing some more of these.
