Wanted to play around with some characters and pumped this out last night.
Had a lot of fun with this,Ive been working on having cleaner linework and more opaque brushstrokes, overall I really enjoyed the process of making this.
And as always the dog creatures in there are based off of my own back at home, I imagine them to be like little knights. The boar hybrid on the right is a forest guardian, not sure about that lumpy mass of creepy on the left, but I'm sure it needs to be there haha.

I like that tentacled guy. I can picture him spouting out sage advice in a Yoda-sort of fashion. He seems like the type who would give those dog knights advice. Boar man is cool too, and I do always like your leaf skirts and forest attire. It's especially neat this guy would have a few leaves which have worn out.
And I really love how you draw grass. There's something really lush and satisfying with the richness of the green and the softness of the tone that you draw grass and moss in. The sunlight and flecks of dust filtering through add immensely to the wondrous magical forest feel of what background this picture has.
