Ha ha, this looks like a fun little piece. I always do love motley crews.
The dragon has to be my favourite with its proportions that resemble something between a piņata's and your average chameleon's (the effect being finished off with a tongue which looks like a chameleon's as well as a party noisemaker), and those bumpy toadstool-shaped horns and that overly silly crooked smile as it snaps up the most fantastical insect meal it can, a pretty little butterfly.
The unicorns are pretty cool as well, and I'm liking the unusual but seamless mixture of horse, deer and goat into their appearance. You're really good at making your mix and match critters' inspirations blend into one another perfectly so they look like their own otherworldly fantastical beasts.
The human of the outfit is probably worth noting purely for that pout of hers. A more reluctant adventurer I can hardly imagine. And the continental-looking house-bearing whale who surveys the crew in the background appearing to be a wise old Oz to this grudging Dorothy makes this picture seem to be a possible prequel to your other whale pictures, perhaps a look at the days of more simple technology in a world ruled by flying building-bearing cetaceans.
I really like the toadstools in the semi-background in this drawing. Something about them really adds tons to the sense of magic in this drawing. And the pinkish hue the background fades into certainly helps. Beautiful tone here.
